You Want Romance? I'll Give You Romance!

Normally for supper (yes, down south it's supper) we eat at the table with candles lit. Tonight's menu?

Hamburger Helper, bell pepper slices, cherry kool-aid. Oh, and candles lit!

Can't get much more romantic than that, right? I need help with new recipes. Have one you want to share? I'll try it.

Here's a quick and easy one, if you like chicken.
Get however many boneless skinless chicken breast ya'll will eat. Depending on where ya live(I doubt they have fresh in SC) either get a couple of green chilies or 1 can of chopped green chilies. If it's fresh chop it up. A small can usually covers 4 chicken breast. Then you need some mexican style cheese (the mixed flavors). Heat oven to 350 cover chicken well with green chilies and cheese blend cook untill chicken is done (about 30 minutes) if you don't want the top to be crispy wait to cover chicken till half way cooked. I recommend doing it at begining because it cooks the flavor into the chicken. You can add sides of whatever you want. Since you have the oven on, baked potatoes and salad is really good with it. Hope you enjoy
