Well, One More Downer..

Shocking, huh? Well, for the last week or so my life has been a mess. A MESS! I hate the "not knowing", the "unpredictable" and the "sit back and let's wait and see" Bleh.

So, instead of sitting around the house and letting question after question run through my head, I decided to go out Friday night. As soon as I got there a friend of mine came to me and said, "You're not gonna believe this! I've got to tell you something." So, she sat down beside me to tell me..

Her: You know, (name deleted) is pregnant?
Me: Um, she's like 50, right?
Her: Yeah and she said its one of 2 men thats the babys dad.
Me: Who's the 2?
Her: (Name deleted) and umm..
Me: Whoa..isnt his wife pregnant right now too?
Her: Yeah, but shes going to have an abortion anyway so she doesn't have to tell anyone.

Okay, if you have even known me for a 1/8th of a second you would know, I want a child. Everyone around me knows. And now, a friend of mine, 50 years old, is going to abort a baby because she isn't resposible enough to protect herself from a MARRIED man. It ruined the rest of my night. I shouldn't let things like this bother me, but how can I avoid it?

Grrrrrrrrr. It would seem to me that neither one of these women are your friends. But at least the one that's pregnant didn't knowingly tell you something she knew would hurt you. How in the name of all the good or evil could that "friend" tell you that? Take care around that one honey...she doesn't care a lick about you or your feeling........

It really is sad sometimes....

some people want children in the worst way and cant have them for what ever reason...and then some people take it for granted....

Is it really your place to judge? Are you a good friend by gossiping about her and doing such? Why is she required to make a different life decisions because of your issues?

I'm a SAHM to 3 girls. We became foster parents in May 2006 in hopes of adoption. We love our girls and could never picture ourselves without them. Although life is much busier, we couldn't be any happier. Here's our story...
