*Ding Ding Ding* Let's Get Ready To Rumbleeeeeeeeeee!!

Well, today I woke up determined. Determined to do what? Great question, glad you asked! I'll tell you..

1. I am determined to start putting myself first. (That includes, rest when I need to rest, take my medicines when I need to take them (not forgetting them because I am busy doing something else), Exercising every morning (even its a little ride on the stationary bicycle), Eating when I need to eat, the list can go on and on..you get the point.

2. I am determined to drop some of this weight I have been carrying around for WAY TOO LONG!

3. I am determined to drink water, and no more caffeine. Period.

4. I am determined to keep my glucose levels under control.

5. I am determined to drop my blood pressure medications.

6. I am determined to get pregnant this year. AND BE ABLE TO CARRY IT. (3 miscarriages just sucks)

7. I am determined to make a better wife and better friend.

I hope I can really stick to this, and so far my determination is strong. For some reason, when I woke up this morning, something was different... almost strange. Here's to a happy, healthy beginning...
