*Ding Ding Ding* Let's Get Ready To Rumbleeeeeeeeeee!!

Well, today I woke up determined. Determined to do what? Great question, glad you asked! I'll tell you..

1. I am determined to start putting myself first. (That includes, rest when I need to rest, take my medicines when I need to take them (not forgetting them because I am busy doing something else), Exercising every morning (even its a little ride on the stationary bicycle), Eating when I need to eat, the list can go on and on..you get the point.

2. I am determined to drop some of this weight I have been carrying around for WAY TOO LONG!

3. I am determined to drink water, and no more caffeine. Period.

4. I am determined to keep my glucose levels under control.

5. I am determined to drop my blood pressure medications.

6. I am determined to get pregnant this year. AND BE ABLE TO CARRY IT. (3 miscarriages just sucks)

7. I am determined to make a better wife and better friend.

I hope I can really stick to this, and so far my determination is strong. For some reason, when I woke up this morning, something was different... almost strange. Here's to a happy, healthy beginning...

Good for you sweetheart!! I hope your determination stays strong. I know how hard miscarriages are(I've had 4 miscarriages, a still birth at 4 1/2 months, and premature labor at 5 1/2 months), so I really hope you don't have any more, but remember that God knows whats right and when, put your life into his hands, and he'll put life back into yours. WHEN you loose your weight, let me know what you did, I need a few pointers!

Oh and one more thing. . . I have trouble drinking water too, the thing I've found that helps me is to drink it one glass at a time. I bought one of them giant 64oz mugs and never finished one. Bottles help me drink more though, about the 20oz ones, and I let my self have 1 bottle of flavored water, or add the Natural Light packets. . . hope it helps!

I'm a SAHM to 3 girls. We became foster parents in May 2006 in hopes of adoption. We love our girls and could never picture ourselves without them. Although life is much busier, we couldn't be any happier. Here's our story...
